If you had to offer one piece of advice to someone wanting to play permadeath, what would it be?

I am planning to start a permadeath save because Iād like to get the hardest achievement NMS has to offer. Any and all advice is welcome and much appreciated, I hope the advice gathered here is also able to aid people in the future who want to attempt this!
