Stuck on Artemis quest

I’ve constructed the mind arc but the space anomaly quest says I haven’t. The first traveler quest says I have and to bring the mind arc to Artemis. I’ve gone to a holo terminal and it does nothing, and I’ve gone through a black hole. In my quest prompt it says the quest is in another galaxy but when I go to star map nothing is there, just a long string of systems to go through when highlighting current quest path with nothing at the end.
Very frustrated. Tips please
