I asked about using dead leaves as mulch in a drainage ditch. I live in a rural area near Flint Michigan. My front ditch is all wild plants, my side ditch is all grass. I want to use the leaves to plant shrubs, and flowering plants. The ditch never gets more than a one foot wide stream of water. I attached pocs of the ditches discussed
