It happened when I was just about to relapse. I just kept thinking to myself "do I really want this to go on? It's only been 3 days for goodness' sake." Which is when I was told to go on NoFap and read a some of the posts that people wrote.

Soon enough I found out why. A fellow user in his post mentioned an app for phones called FocusON.

So I looked it up and downloaded it for myself and all glory be to Jesus, because it actually prevents me from using my web browser on the phone once the block is set up.

Jesus is surely amazing in all of his ways. This filtering app will be a giant step in curing the PMO addiction. It's called FocusON and I seriously recommend getting it if a smartphone is the root of your problem.
