Question/Story Time

I’ll start by saying I jerk off an absurd amount, way more than anyone should. At this point it is almost out of habit and horniness rather than actual pleasure if that makes sense. I’ve been wanting to stop but just can’t seem to figure out the best way to do it. Something I’ve been thinking about a lot recently is my overall luck in life. For example, with women or even just playing poker with friends, or like getting Covid and other things as well. I have never been the biggest believer in God but I’ve been thinking maybe all my bad luck is a sign to get me to stop? I really do need to stop but taking that first step is really hard for sure. If anyone has any thoughts about this partial relationship I might have with God or any strategies, I am more than open to any or all of them.
