Beginning to have conflicting thoughts about NoFap after breaking streak.

So I started a Reset Day 0 streak on July 23,2024. I broke it this morning on July 6, 2024. Did it twice and its 11:34am EST, when I'm writing this. I'm beginning to think NoFap is not that bad. Idk, I have been having conflicting thoughts due to loneliness. Well going to pray and atone for my sins. For some reason, don't feel that bad like I used to. During this time around, if anyone has any advice or anything, please free to DM, most likely going to see it the next day. Since I'm going to log out of Reddit, shut off all my tabs, and laptop.
