I do everything I can to prevent it I’ve even stopped looking at women and yet I still get massive urges and eventually I give in after a few days and it’s to the point where I’m going to confession every week or two, I do a lot of exercise I read the bible I pray I go church and receive the holy communion when I haven’t done it but yet still I’m struggling majorly
