So I have been going through a long trial with my testosterone over the last 2 years. At its lowest it was sub 150 though I was able to build muscle.
However I started suffering from a type of ED that kept me from maintaining erections during sex.
Also my energy levels were low and I had trouble focusing.
So I stopped taking caffeine, increased my water, added ashwaghanda and vitamin D to my supps, cleaned up my diet and lost about 50 lbs during 2022. Same year I tried SARMS before my bloodwork and I think that had to do with my lowered test, as it was about 4 weeks after I stopped it.
Fast forward and I still have some of the ED issue but it’s slowly going away, which I think is due to confidence and having a shit ton more sex.
All the while however, I have been a very active masturbator. And it’s my go to when I’m horny, and when I prolong the time before masturbating I really can’t maintain focus, can be irritable and prone to bad decisions until I can masterbate or have sex.
All this to wonder if I can find a way to control my urges and use that energy focus elsewhere can I really maximize myself and ambition.
Any advice for my ramblings?
