So I've reached day 53. I now have a new girlfriend, growing social circle and way less brainfog. I also sleep better and need less sleep. More motivation for the gym and eating healthy over all. Feels great. And tbh I dont even think about it anymore.
(I have allowed myself to masturbate becuase I saw that as a challenge I would conquer a next time)
