About 3 months ago i broke up with my gf and after that i kinda felt depressed for a while then i started making changes in my life like no bad foods like candies or chips and im still on a streak of 3 months i felt the morning bad breath go away. I started going to the gym to lose some weight and ended up losing about 8kg and still want to lose 3 more my endgoal being abs. At last i just thought fck it why not nofap and have been going at it for 50 days. I think the key to doing things like these is completely giving up on them to the point that you think it doesnโt exist you just need to sleep like nothing is going on and if you think about it go for a walk and cool your head. Just dont even think that there is a possibility of you doing it like not even in an alternative universe you just are not that anymore.
