About 3 months ago i broke up with my gf and after that i kinda felt depressed for a while then i started making changes in my life like no bad foods like candies or chips and im still on a streak of 3 months i felt the morning bad breath go away. I started going to the gym to lose some weight and ended up losing about 8kg and still want to lose 3 more my endgoal being abs. At last i just thought fck it why not nofap and have been going at it for 50 days. I think the key to doing things like these is completely giving up on them to the point that you think it doesnโ€™t exist you just need to sleep like nothing is going on and if you think about it go for a walk and cool your head. Just dont even think that there is a possibility of you doing it like not even in an alternative universe you just are not that anymore.
