i found out about porn and masturbation at a very young age, before my body could even produce semen. i remember the first time something actually came out, and i feel i’ve been addicted ever since that moment.

i’m 25 now, and there’s been times in my life where i got deep into the porn and fap cycles and other times where it was easy for me to go days and weeks with out it. but i’ve been in one of those cycles for almost a year now, and lack the self discipline to finally get over this addiction.

i am well aware of benefits to no fap, and truly want to get there, but have had troubles actually starting.. so looking for insight from anyone that sees this that feel they might have a story similar to mine.
