Relapsed earlier. Followed a link to Twitter and my Twitter is full of bad content. I took a peek and that peak led to me going to the hub and binging. I deactivated my Twitter account so hopefully it's something that won't come up again. The thing I could use advice or input on is how do you guys distract your self from over thinking about relapses. Like for me its kinda eating away at me, just really disappointed haven't been able to get past a week in a while. Not only that the whole time I was telling myself to stop and I didn't listen. Like only if I did my streak would still be intact.
