so I started hitting the gym in the last month and what I noticed is that I get hornier when I workout fact that I can't sleep at night when I am tired from working out so I always end up masturbating . . . so I feel like hitting the gym made my PMO addiction even worse, in the other hand what really helped with my PMO is fasting for a whole day. Since I am a Muslim I can relate to it. I feel like quitting the gym right now and fast until I reach 90 days then i can hit the gym again and just stick to home workouts
what do you think and is my situation relatable because i feel like it's weird what I am saying
