Night 2 - having trouble sleeping! Need support!

Hey y’all. I’m on night 2 of my journey so far. I haven’t peeled or anything but my heart feels like it’s pounding and my mind is racing so I’m not able to go to bed. I keep thinking about no fap and am unsure if that’s why or if it’s just anxiety from my job (I have work in the morning).
I’d appreciate any help to help me calm down and sleep in peace.
