What is the journey of NoFap usually like? What are the “milestones” I should try to notice?

I’m currently on day 3 (day 4 starts in 5 hours) of 30. I’m feeling very anxious and really feel the urge to pick up my iPad but am avoiding it.

I was wondering what I should look for as I’m on my NoFap journey. My goal is to start to develop healthy relationships with girls and guys and become less socially awkward since that was something that impacted me for a while now (due to my PMO addiction).

I’d like love if someone could give me insight or provide resources on how I can make the most of my progress so far and keep it going even more. I really want to change my lifestyle and know this is the starting point.
