I have suffered from porn addition for many years and I relapse maybe once a week. But I have noticed i’ve been having the craziest urges. It feels just like Bruce Banner transitioning into the hulk I get an extreme burst of energy and my muscles flex and I just want to explode but I must keep it in so then I start doing push ups or exercising that energy instead of fapping. What does this mean?
