Pornography is an epidemic in my country. The men here are so irritable and insecure. Most men here can't even walk up to a woman and introduce themselves.

Whenever I talk about Nofap, people are so amazed. They are usually in literal disbelief and say things like, "I can't imagine what you're doing." or "Why are you doing this to yourself?"

I just wanna connect with someone from my country because basically, I don't wanna feel so alone anymore. Of course, my girlfriend does Nofap too but it helps to speak to a male friend about this.
