Hey everyone.

I saw successes in October of last year. Since then I’ve struggled to get past 2 days—3 days tops.

I know one thing and one thing only: the better me exists beyond this addiction. The only issue is that I can’t bring myself to become that better me.

Locally I don’t trust going to the gym to lift weights because of COVID-19 but even then I still should work out somehow.

I got into the habit of starting the day early and it’s helped here and there.

Just need help in cementing my will and motivation to go forward with tomorrow (Day 1)
