Hey guys, 16 year old here.

Does watching porn mean that I no longer will get the emotional benefits that come from not watching porn?

I am on day 7 of no fap right now and really want to know as I have been edging a bit for the past 20 minutes by looking for and at porn games.

I just want to know how much this will throw off the whole "feel good" phase of no fap. I really want to take advantage of these benefits sometime today by playing apex legends, a game where having higher confidence and mental clarity will really help.
