I'm aware that this topic is on the borders of the usual scientific mentality here but hopefully someone has already payed attention to this and has experience to share with me.
I've been two months SR (don't mind my counter, it doesn't mean I nutted) and things were getting better. One week ago I started exercising every day. Little but constant. And I've been feeling quite peaceful. Also I watched "the game changers" a very well done vegan documentary and started to eat less and less animal food.
Now yesterday night I felt a bit like the old times. Lonely and craving for girls' attention. I could have slept from 22h and even practice astral projection exercises but instead I spent hours in the dark Reddit and dating apps. Happily it wasn't like before. I felt that there was not pleasure in that and I didn't masturbate. Only edged a bit but I got quite aware than the problem was I was feeling lonely and anxious. At some point a friend answered (she has 6h time difference so she woke up and saw my messages) and I belt better enough to use the tiredness to sleep.
This morning I realized that yesterday night I had a dinner based almost exclusively on cheese (a frozen cheese lasagna and a cheese sandwich) and sweets (cookies with rice drink). Also I ate to full appetite, which is not recommended.
I hit me that maybe may overall bad feeling and anxiety came from my dinner and I am lately paying attention to this kind of "intuitions" because they show to be often interesting options.
So anyone has any insight about this topic? Anyone payed attention to what their eating and maybe saw this kind of correlation?
For the most orthodox, a chemical explanation could be that if cows feel anxious and lonely when they are about to be milked (or in general), all the hormones they produce can be found in the he milk too, entering afterwards our body and producing the corresponding effects.
Thanks!
