Nofap doesn't work?

Today I'm more than one month into nofap. I restarted my counter recently after watching porn but I haven't nutted since end July.
Today I feel totally like the old self. Anxious, lack of confidence, sleepy and wanting to hide.
The only change I've done in my life is nofap. Could that mean that nofap in itself doesn't work? Is the other changes that people here do that bring the "'magic"?
