Just to make it very clear. Stop using failure to mean relapse. Relapsing is part of the experience and of the learning about yourself. It's part of what the journey is made of. So if you relapsed, you basically are in the journey, and that's the success already.
You might have cut down your fapping by half or even up to 90% (if you do 10 day streaks on average and used to to once per day) or more and you call it a failure and feel guilty about it.
Feeling ashamed and guilty is part of what makes us relapse again. So stop telling lies to yourself. You are a winner. You saw a problem and you are tackling it. It's winner's mentality.
Stop measuring your worth against the achievement of randomly set goals. How can you tell just 1 single day is not already an amazing achievement for you at this very moment in this very circumstances? The journey is about knowing your triggers and your difficulties. They might be very stupid and very hidden. So relapsing is behind every closed door. You hear a song, you see a bywalker, your internet lags... anything can be a threat for you. And even though relapsing is not pretty, you can take the info and stand up again.
And You. Be. Proud.
