Hi everyone, I'd like to know how do you think about this: I noticed that after eyaculating I become more grumpy and feel more like being alone in my corner. In this group I learnt the term brain fog and found it very accurate to describe my mental stay: slow, confused, insecure, brainless... But I believe cumming does not only dampen the brain, it also sort of fogs the heart. It sort of diminishes your love. For yourself and for others. Opening the door for guilt and self-punishment and closing it for others to connect with you.

I want to know if that's more common because I think it might be partly why we are addicted to PMO. Because it helps us not feel our loneliness, stress, pain... similar as alcohol or other drugs makes us numb and helps us escape reality.
