Cannot get past the 2 week mark

I have a really good habbit of not watching porn for 2 weeks at a time which I'm proud of because I don't go through insane daily porn binges, but I'm having a very difficult time getting past the 2 week mark. Any advice on coping with urges at that point? When the time comes I feel like the urges are uncontrollable
