Thoughts on Sex without cumming?

So I decided to go for a 90-day reboot with no PMO.. So far PM as been relatively easy to stay off of by focusing my mind on running, creative hobbies and work BUT sex is just incredibly hard to stay away from. I’m in a relationship and my GF turns me on almost instantly. So the first time a couple of days ago I just “lend her a hand” but today I gave in.. I tried my hardest not to cum and I didn’t so..
