This is my first day of Nofap. During this journey to 90 days I commit to abstain from pornography, nudity, sexual images, masturbation and edging. I am doing this test my consistency and preservation. And also to find myself and discipline my mind. I have been watching porn since the Age of 12. I am now 17 years old and want to beat this sick addiction. Their is more to life than orgasms and watching porn. I will also abstain from Social media for 30 days. I feel that I waste time on it when I could be doing something more productive with my life instead of looking at the most trended topic, rap beef, supermodel and other distractions that nor benefit me or my life. I pledge to meditate, read books, learn something knew during this process. This is my commitment.
