Have you noticed a change in the behaviour or personality of a friend or loved one since they started PMOing regularly?

I'm writing this because the thought came into my head about how not only myself, but some of my friends have changed. They are much more reserved, shy and quiet (especially around girls) and although I've always been a shy kid, it's increased ten-fold since I started PMOing.
I think its kind of scary how much it drains you, people keep asking me if I'm alright when at school and its kind of starting to get to me.
So have you noticed a change in people you know who watch lots of porn and masturbate often?
(I'm not on a 20 day streak btw, relapsed several times in the last few weeks).
