If anyone has advice or knows what I mean
Post Body

It seems people were getting the wrong idea about it, so I'll try to go a little more in depth. What's been happening lately is when I'm going on a good streak, Happy as can be, like last night. I went to bed alright. But what's been happening lately is I would be waking up in the middle of the night with a really strong drive. I keep telling myself not to relapse and thankfully it all works well once I wake up, cause then it's like it never happened. The cost of it is a lack of sleep because of it. Cause once the drive hits, it's hard to fall asleep. Even though it's pretty easy to resist, it costs me alot of sleep hours I should be getting. Every time this happens I don't relapse thankfully, but it costs me alot of sleep hours and I'm really frustrated about it. So now that I explained it, does anybody have advice on how to prevent it in the first place?
