Day 17 feel good!

After a urge filled day 16 I am proud to say my streak is still intact. One thing I found as helpful is listening to music. Lose yourself in music dance sing mouth the words act it out. It releases so much dopamine and takes away the urges I'm actually being really reliant on it but I don't care it works for now. Has anybody else experienced this?
