For as long as I've had sexual urges I have taken horniness as that buzzy itch that was seen as an annoyance that had to be dealt with. Have you ever gone two weeks or longer without ejaculating? If not, you may never have let your body find its natural homeostasis. Ever. I'm not sure I ever did until this past year. And what a difference it makes.

It takes a lot of time to reset the wiring, but once we realize our body is fine without the habitual, NEUROLOGICAL event known as orgasm every couple of days that your body has an energetic, full, joyful homeostasis that we're not even allowing to manifest.

Or keep draining it. That's ok too. Just know it's not the only way to live and move and have your being.
