I’ve been doing no fap before the new year and wanted to try and challenge myself. I have not failed yet & can say I have had some pros & cons while doing it. I was not expecting to last this long myself & really proud how far I’ve come so far. Even though I still have to view my own content plus other stuff on my socials it still doesn’t not effect me as it once did before and has made me have a much better positive view while doing this challenge and not letting it take control over my mind & body!
