I still remember the first days of this streak and the wild challenges I had to face every day, but it just makes these days now so muvh sweeter. Knowing I am doing this and making such great progress fills me with so much happiness.
Today of all days has been an easy sailing day without any trigger or urges and Ive been feeling great all day. Im proud of myself for being ao resiliant these past few weeks and I cant wait to keep pushing myself to the each next day and reaching my overall 90 day goal.
