I'm a few hours away from hitting a 2 day streak. But I can't shake the feeling that I'm addicting to jerking off. That's why I wanted to start this journey. Why do I need to get off every single day? It feels like I have no self control when it comes to this. Jerking is basically a part of my daily routine. To me, the fact that I can't resist doing it for any extended period of time fits the definition of addiction. I'm really gonna try to shake the habit this time. I've tried in the past, but only made it a few days. I'm hoping things will be different this time. I know it'll be a difficult journey, but I am going to give it my full effort. And hopefully being a part of this community will help too. Seeing other stories of the same struggle will hopefully provide extra motivation. Anyways, I just wanted to explain my feelings.
