I decided to join a group like this for accountability and somewhere to direct some attention.
I have used porn/chat rooms/apps for nearly half of my life. I'm about 30 now.
I have ADHD and only found out a year ago, which explains a lot of sensation seeking behaviour throughout my life.
Can anyone describe a timeline of noticeable change over time?
I'd like to be able to observe milestones as I go. I have been able to sustain positive behaviour for many separate periods over time. But I'd like it to be ongoing this time. I'm married now to an amazing person and feel at my core I need to be better.
