How to cure ED and Death Grip?

Hey, I’m a young man who needs help!

Can death grip be a cause of ED? I didn’t watch the video porn, but browsed various Reddit porn subs. I’ve found that I can’t retain an erection while kissing my girlfriend - it only happens sometimes and for a little bit.

Anyways, we discussed having sex and I’m really worried.

Is NoFap the only thing I need to do to cure it? Is there anything else I should do, as well? Any sort of training to fix death grip and ED?
