Today was the easiest day so far. Between Shabbat and being with my family all day it gave me no time to let my mind wonder. Me and the wife did two rounds yesterday. That really helped the ache in my balls and did wonders for my mental. I still have been peaking at feet lives and visited one NSFW Twitter yesterday. Everyday is a different battle but Iām really happy Iām taking this journey seriously
