Holy damn, 20 mins ago i relapsed, went in shower and realised that i wasted so much potential. I counted 200 wasted days if every day was 15 mins for 5 years and i went out of the shower with a burst of energy, ready to beat this dirty addiction, last couple of days have been 3 nofap then relapse 2 or 3 time in one day, then around 3 days again. This time i will go past the 3 day mark with a smile instead of feeling uncomfortable i will relapse again.
Fuck porn, Fuck this addiction and lets beat this dirty addiction together.
