Reflections After Nearly 2 Weeks Of NoFap
Post Body

I've been off porn, Reddit, Twitter, IG, TikTok, and other triggering social media for nearly 2 weeks. I just wanted a break, see how much I could get done without using the aforementioned things for escapism, etc. I broke my previous record of 10 days.

What improved:

-My sleep-My productivity-My gains at the gym-My focus-My overall will to follow through

I was in the middle of Day 14 when the urge got me yesterday, so I caved, watched porn, and edged myself. I'll likely get it out of my system by the end of the day and start again.

Once I came back to porn, I realized that I wasn't as interested as I used to be. The FOMO has greatly decreased. I'm going to be a lot more selective about what I consume and for how long.

I want to quit completely in the end, but I think that I genuinely made some progress. After today, I will try to hit the full 14 days and go beyond :)
