Bad bender relapse. Starting day one.

I relapsed badly since my last post. Going on Day 1. (20 m) A newly acquired friend (call her v) is back from a week long trip. Her pictures were used mostly frequently for a day. I unfollowed her and the bender ended. After less than 24 hrs we are on the photo and I can’t help myself. Prior to the one day bender I was on a three day streak before an old fling (all her Sn) called me and I relapsed. Since that call I haven’t spoken to her and she only reached out for that call. I want to stay strong but v has my attention in the wrong place and my mind wonders. Help me stay strong.
