Almost two weeks in and already feeling a lot better! I know that the amount of time it takes to notice benefits varies for each person but this is just my experience.

I’m not addicted to masturbating, just porn. I was watching porn/live cams for hours every night, I didn’t get hard or masturbate, it was just part of my night. Every night.

Some of the benefits I’m noticing:

• I’m actually finding it easier to resist temptation. I watch football on streaming sites and porn ads were a big temptation for me, I haven’t relapsed from this yet. I try to close them before I get chance to properly look.

• I’m getting random erections again, I didn’t even know that I could still get these as a 20 something adult (lol) but I can and it’s encouraging that I’m getting back to normal.

• I actively want to have sex with my gf, which I did before but the feeling is so much stronger. We had the best sex in months last night as I was able to maintain an erection (pied was a big problem for me) and was putting in loads of effort because I was so into it.

• I do still masturbate once a week without any visual stimulation and it feels so much better. Just knowing that I can do it without having to watch porn feels amazing.

• I’ve learned to resist my temptations by playing pc games or picking up the guitar, even doing this for an hour really helps.
