Guys, i have lost so many streak in my life because of social media, i regret that i didin't lisened to the people who said to delet all social media for recovery.

Of cours now i learned in the hard way and losted way to much time, for each time i was on instagram, following woman and thinking to myself " it's okay, i just look i don't jerk off, i can manage it " i had lost to much time because of that.

GUYS remember the harsh truth : We live in a PORNIFIED society, this society is not for us or anyone, but at least we as people who learned that PMO was harmful, we have to take distance from it.

Life without social media is a blessing, you are not missing anything that is worth it, if you need social media for your work, be very serious about it and know to stop when you start using it as an entertainement and not a work tool.

I trully think that 80% of relapse is because of social media, think about it, if you block all porn website ( you can use blocker or juste change your dns for a familly friendly dns, it's free on cloudflare ) if you stop social media like snap, tiktok,insta, facebook and twitter, if you filter your youtube account to have only non nsfw recommandation, you will no more have the porn craving as much as before when you tried to stop, this is something i had to learn in the hard way and again regret are very big.

I used to go to 4chan knowing that porn is everywhere on this website, i used to use reddit without nsfw filter, i used to scroll on tiktok until oblivions and of cours i used to always have porn file on my pc or in favorite on my navigator, i used to have opera ONLY for porn, and guess what even if i had firefox, chrome and edge, even brave, i only used opera, opera is very nice, but i know that i was using it for the wrong reason.

I have now reset my computer, i have no social media, my dns block all porn, the result are that i do not get any arousal, except the one that come from my mind, wich mean i have to think of porn to get the urge.

If you want to get out of this mess, do not rely on your will power, will power is not a gift that addict can afford, we were slave from porn and it's by banishing our old master that we can celebrate our new life, without his tyranny
