It feels like im at an all time low

After i relapsed my new longest 7 day streak a few days ago it just all went down man. It is so fucking difficult and also so deppressing just knowing only after you have done it, you feel like a total loser. What should i do, i want to get over this and build up a streak until the end of the summer vacation but just cant do it alone.
