How do you deal with wasted time ?

I'm 28 and I did. Nothing of my life, porn got me and even if it's 4 years or so that I know that porn is the problem, I can't live with the fact that I have wasted so much time.
I'm back on track after so traumatizing event in my life Wich lead me to go nofap hardcore mode, the withdrawal are very hard, the hardest I felt since the last time I really tried to stop cold turkey, but I know this time I will not go back to porn, time fly and I can't control it, I do not have time.
