Dang it.
This is the 7th day of nofap and the urges just took over, i relapsed Yesterday was hard too but i managed to get trough with a cold shower. I need to make like a plan or something cuz pure willpower wont get me far. I just want to get over this addiction but it feels like my evil brain just wants to keep doing it.
