There is some believe in this sub that masturbation is wrong in general. Sure, that's fine. But that is a full mental concept. You guys told yourself that it's wrong and therefore you feel wrong. But physically there is nothing wrong if you do it in moderation. Otherwise sex would also be bad. Be careful, I'm saying physically.

Mentally is different for everyone else. If you just relieve yourself of sexual tension once in a while, have fun, NOT using porn, that's good.

For a lot of people on this sub it's not that simple and they maybe shouldn't masturbate until they solve the problems they have, since masturbation is most of the time a coping mechanism for other problems.

Really, don't demonize masturbation. Demonize porn and more importantly, go find out what lies underneat. What are your problems, why do you need to cope, how can you fix them?

Not an easy task, but so so beautiful when you work through it.

I will probably get downvoted here because of all the cultist who are filling the void of masturbation with the hate for masturbation, which is unhealthy as well. Thats good for you. Hopefully some openminded guys will read this and will help them to see their real problems.
