Just some encouragement for someone who want to jump in to no PMO because of PIED.
Glad I've found this group and the success stories of everyone.
PIED update- Morning wood is back- it went back around 2 weeks in. And it's a great feeling waking up with that hard boner again. This morning I had a bjner that lasted 5 mins without me doing anything with it. So pretty sure that's a great news
Random wood- noticed this when I was relaxing and some sexual thoughts came in to me, and there he is.
Sex- Just had sex again this week and once I got hard, it was hard as hell. On orgasm, I was shivering for a couple mins because of how intense it was. And for that reason- I'm definitely gonna continue without PMO cause that's the best orgasm I've had for a while.
I'm 35 y.o, workout regularly, eats well,moderate sugar/carbs, no alcohol and recreation drugs. I think this details are important. What I needed to fix was my brain pathways cause my daily habits are good already, hence, recovery can be quicker than others.
If there anything I can answer, please let me know. Tried to make it short as possible.
