How can I tell what MVNO will have the best coverage in my area? What network will they be on?

I am currently on Verizon in my area and their coverage is decent but sometimes has dropped off calls with my place having spotty coverage. It has been better in the last couple of years. I would like to keep my LG V30 and maybe keep my LGV30 phone but not sure what MVNO would work with it. I know I wouldn't get 5G but wondering what I could switch to. Want to keep my number. I'm in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.
