I filed an FCC complaint, filed an online fraud form, and even called the office of President directly prior to being contacted by them for the FCC complaint.

So, what happened? Cookie cutter responses. I have no idea if the representative has been reported, at all. The FCC complaint for cramming exclaimed that I went into a store and requested that the lines be added, in a store, when I never went into a store. This was all over the phone.

It seems as though AT&T legitimately does not care. Thankfully, I was able to get the issue at hand resolved through someone at 611 business CS. However, I have yet to get anyone except for that representative who helped me to resolve it to admit that what happened was fraudulent.
