Ultra Mobile - outside US long-term /w PAYGO - anyone with experience?

I didn't see any definitive answers, so wanted to ask if anyone has experience with using the PAYGO plan from Ultra Mobile outside the US long-term (2 years)?
I plan on leaving the US for several years and want to port my number over for 2FA from banks, etc.
I know some carriers will cancel your account if they detect long-term usage outside the US.
Anyone with experience with Ultra Mobile (or have a suggestion on another carrier for a similar situation?)
