On the assurance wireless website I purchased a samsung galaxy s10.

When i boot up the phone the boot screen is that of T-Mobile.

I found unlocked network phones or unlocked T-Mobile network phones on ebay for cheaper.

if i buy the same phone would it be compatible? with the IMEI number and phone model and all?

has the worse customer service, they don't pick up the phone, or answer to emails.

There return policy sucks, with restocking fee, that can range to 20-50% with an addition 10$ dollar with delivery charge. Also subject that they don't have to pay you back.

The state of Florida allows a 7 day return day policy. which they are from,
